Sometimes our feelings cause us discomfort and we turn to food as a solution to:

feel consoled,

feel comforted,
-
feel better.
You will learn how to pay attention to your feelings and body sensations and uncover the root causes of your unwanted emotional eating habits so you can change them.

A. – Acceptance:
When you begin to accept yourself, authentic transformation is possible. Self-acceptance determines your level of happiness. Change begins when body acceptance and self-acceptance are fully embraced. You will implement mindful tools to:

address your self-sabotage,
-
calm your inner critic,
-
increase your levels of body acceptance,
-
increase your levels of self-acceptance, and
-
increase your levels of self-love.

T. – Triggers:
We all have internal and external triggers that drive our eating habits. These triggers interlink with 1 and 2 above, i.e., emotions and acceptance. You will learn how to identify the triggers that cause you to self-sabotage and you will master the skills to change them.

Nutrition :
You will gain an understanding of how, what and why nutrition affects your health, moods, metabolism and hormones. You will implement a gentle step-by-step process to attain a natural food balance over time that fits in with your own unique lifestyle.
