It's Tanya here, and I completely understand the frustration and hopelessness that often accompany our attempts to lose weight. Many of us have been through the cycle of restrictive diets and starvation regimens, only to find ourselves back at square one, feeling defeated. I get it, and it's painful.

Breaking free from our habits and stepping out of our comfort zones can seem like an insurmountable challenge. I've been through the struggle myself, and it's what led me to become a registered dietician. I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be.
